BEIJING (March 8, 2024) – Nissan’s sales in China reached 41,824 units in February.
The sales volume of Dongfeng Nissan (including the Nissan, Venucia, and INFINITI brands) reached 38,918 units in February. The LCV business represented by Zhengzhou Nissan (ZNA) sold 2,906 units in February.
Nissan in China sold 107,377 units in 2024.
Shohei Yamazaki, senior vice president of Nissan, as well as chairman of the Management Committee for China and president of Dongfeng Motor Ltd. (DFL), said: “After Chinese New Year, the market condition remains complicated. Nissan insists on our commitment to customers, supported by a variety of vehicle choices that we offer to customers.
“In February, the Nissan Sylphy family kept up strong sales momentum. The Nissan Altima and SUV lineup also were strong performers, while more Pathfinder SUV pre-orders were received from customers. These models will help us fulfill our commitment to meet the diversified needs of Chinese customers,” Yamazaki added.
